7:00am – 7:00pm –Self-serve gas for your aircraft…during this time, we will be offering ‘THE LOWEST PRICE AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF OREGON!!!

7:30am – 9:30am – Pancake breakfast served. $5 donation benefits local groups. More info TBA. Each paid breakfast will earn a ticket into a special prize raffle.

9:00am – 5:00pm – Aircraft Static displays open.

9:00am – 4:00pm – EAA Young Eagles demonstrations. A limited number of FREE flights will be available for kids age 8-17. Pre-registration will be required at the event. Please

9:00am – 5:00pm – Exhibit Booths are open. Product Displays and Demos.

9:00am – 5:00pm – Future Aviators area open. Pick up FREE Child ID Kits, bounce in the bounce house, make paper airplanes, face painting, and more.

9:00am – 5:00pm – Demo flights available from aircraft vendors.

5:00pm – Oregon Pilots’ Association Reception and Annual Meeting
Special Appearance: Peter DeFazio, U.S. Congressman, will provide a Fly-fest legislative update. The time and place of his presentation will be announced over the public address system. If official matters prevent the Congressman from appearing, a representative from his office will be present.
